- The documentary film “Merit interrupted” directed by Domala Malliah in 2008 is available on You Tube. This is an activist documentary that looks critically at the functioning of hostels that are run by the department of social welfare, Andhra Pradesh for dalit college students who come from the rural area. The film was made by Domala Mallaiah as a response to the conditions observed in these hostels during a project to tutor students in English. Click here to watch.

- A discussion on recent amendments to the Hindu Marriage Act – 4th April, at 5.00 PM, Anveshi, initiated by Vasudha Nagaraj
- A discussion with Dr. Shubha Ranganathan from the department of Humanities, IIT Hyderabad, on 28th April, 3:00 pm: On alternate understandings of temple healing in the healing shrines in India. She informally presented her work based on her field studies in the Mahanubhav temples in Maharashtra. The presentation was interspersed with a lively discussion of detail, framework and implications. The meeting was also attended by her colleague Dr. Haripriya.
